Scientific Equipment Service, Inc., a Cincinnati based tri-state organization, was founded in 1995 by John Bothwell. After he had completed active Navy duty he returned to the University of Cincinnati where he attained in 1982 an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Then, after 14 years as a senior field service engineer with an international laboratory equipment sales and service organization, John was ready to start his own company. He had learned that satisfying customers and delivering more than was promised was the key to building long-term success for both his clients and his company.
Tom Ehlman joined the company in January, 2004 to provide refrigeration service. Tom comes to S.E.S., Inc. with 25 plus years experience repairing all type of laboratory refrigerators and freezers.
